THESE DECISIONS AFFECT PUBLIC TRUST AND CREDIBILITY OF OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM.
I WANNA ADDRESS THE STRUCTURAL ISSUE.
THE CITY PRACTICE PROSECUTOR IS VICTORIA FLORES IS MARRIED TO CITY ATTORNEY ERIC FLORES.
THAT IS PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP, BUT IN GOVERNMENT SETTING, IT CREATES A BIT OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
WHEN QUESTIONS ARISE ABOUT PROSECUTOR DECISIONS, THE ONLY PRESENT POSITION TO REVIEW OR CHALLENGE THOSE DECISIONS IS HER SPOUSE.
THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE OVERSIGHT STRUCTURE IN ANY GOVERNMENT.

SOCIAL SECURITIES WERE LEAKED.
THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE THAT'S PREVENTED BY THESE SECURITY CAMERAS.
THESE SECURITY CAMERAS DO NOT COME WITH A SPECIAL LEVEL OF SECURITY PROTECTION.
