MY FRIEND HAS BEEN, UH, MR. GOMEZ HAS BEEN PAYING THESE PERMIT FEES, AND IT'S OVER THE LIMIT OF, OF BROWNSVILLE'S LIMIT AND THE OVER THE LIMIT OF HARLAN'S LIMIT PERMIT COST.

JUST IF YOU CAN JUST SEE WHAT WE CAN DO FOR THE CITY SO HE CAN STILL BE IN OPERATION FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF YEARS FROM NOW.

AND I'M VERY PROUD OF HIM.
