UH, YOUR PR GUY TOLD ME THAT THE CITY HAD FILED A REQUEST FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO LOOK AT IT.

IT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STATUTE.

AND THE PERSON WHO REQUESTED THAT OPINION IS SOME LAWYER FOR THE EDC, NOT A LAWYER FOR THE CITY.

SO AT THIS MOMENT, THE CITY SECRETARY IS IN WILLFUL VIOLATION OF THE STATUTE.

WE'VE ASKED FOR A NUMBER OF FINANCIAL RECORDS AND WE'VE GOTTEN NONE OF THEM.

UM, IN FACT, SHE DOESN'T RETURN OUR CALLS, AND I'M SURE SHE'S REAL IMPORTANT AND REAL BUSY.

WE MODELED THE PORTION IN SOUTH SAM HOUSTON BOULEVARD AND Y STREET, UH, THANKS TO THE DATA THAT MS. MALDONADO SHARED WITH US.

AND THEN WE WENT TO OUT TO THE CITY, OUT TO THE FIELD.

UH, WE HAVE A COMPLETE CATALOG OF THAT AREA WITH THE LOCATION OF EACH INLET, THE ELEVATION OF THE INLETS, THE DIMENSIONS, UH, HOW WIDE, HOW LENGTH THE PIPES, HOW LENGTH THEY ARE, THE, THE DIMENSIONS OF THOSE.

AND ALSO, UH, THE OUTFALLS.

WE ALSO MAPPED THOSE AREAS.

THE PORT OF, OF HARLINGEN, UH, THE SCHOOL, THERE'S TWO NEW SUBDIVISIONS GOING IN IN HARTON RIGHT ACROSS THE, THE 5 0 9 ACROSS FROM US.

UH, THERE'S ANOTHER ONE BEING DEVELOPED ON, ON TREASURE HILLS BOULEVARD, THAT ALSO A BUTTS 5 0 9, AND YOU TRAVELED ACROSS, YOU HIT MY STREET, UH, JAM O HEATHER ROAD.

SO ALL OF THOSE ARE FEEDING INTO 5 0 9, CREATING A TRAFFIC PROBLEM.

THERE'S TWO NEW SUBDIVISIONS GOING IN, ALSO FEEDING ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC INTO 5 0 9.

RUSSELL LANE IS AT RESIDENTIAL STREET.

WITHIN THE PAST FIVE YEARS, THE 1.5 MILE STRETCH OF 5 0 9 FM 5 0 9 NORTHBOUND FROM BUSINESS 77 TO SAN JOSE ROAD, THERE HAS BEEN AN INCREASE OF TRAFFIC DUE TO INCREASED SUBDIVISIONS BEING BUILT, ADDITIONAL ROADWAYS INTERSECTING 5 0 9 ADDED ADD ADDED ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES SPECIALTY BUILDINGS, ADDED ASSISTED LIVING AND HOUSING OFF OF HANE DRIVE.

ACCORDING TO A TEXAS CIS QUERY FROM 2020 TO TODAY, AND I DID THAT STUDY, UM, A FEW DAYS AGO, UM, I PULLED IT OFFLINE.

THERE HAVE BEEN AN ESTIMATED 24 CRASHES CONTAINING 51 UNITS AND 65 PEOPLE FROM THE ONE MILE STRETCH OF FM 5 0 9, FROM BUSINESS 77 TO J MOHE ROAD, 21 OF THESE 21 OF WHICH THESE ACCIDENTS TOOK PLACE BETWEEN HANE DRIVE AND JM OJEDA ROAD.

SO OUT OF THOSE 24 21, WERE IN THAT LITTLE SHORT STRETCH OF ROAD.

UM, THIS ROADWAY HAS BECOME A MAJOR TRAFFIC HAZARD THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED WITH THE ADDITION OF LANES, WIDENING OF THE SHOULDERS AND MORE TRAFFIC SIGNALS BEFORE ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL REZONING TAKES PLACE.

IN THE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING FROM MAY 16TH, IT WAS STATED THAT THE CITY OF SANTO HAS NOT UPDATED ITS MASTER PLAN, BUT ARE IN THE WORKS OF UPDATING IT LIKE MR. SO SAYS, I BELIEVE IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED BEFORE WE CAN DECIDE TO DO SOMETHING BIG.

UM, IT WAS ALSO MENTIONED ON THAT MEETING THAT THERE'S NO ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES IN SAN BENITO OR ON THE NORTHERN PART OF, OR ON THE NORTHERN PART OF SAN MANTO.

AND IT WOULD BE CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL YET.

UM, IF YOU NOTICE, THERE'S FOUR ALREADY, FOUR FAIRLY NEW ASSISTED LIVING LOCATIONS IN HARLINGEN WITH LESS THAN A THREE MILE RADIUS AND CLOSER TO VALLEY BAPTIST THAN JAM MODA ROADES.

UM, BEING THAT THIS IS IN AGRICULTURAL LAND, THERE IS NO NEARBY CITY SEWER FOR A DEVELOPER TO TAP INTO AT A REASONABLE COST, WHICH WILL RESULT IN MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT WITH SEPTIC TANKS.
